Sometimes when a tail lift vehicle is not available the courier will arrange to hand unloaded your order.
In the rare event the courier is unable to arrange a tail lift service the courier will arrange to hand unload the order on delivery as an alternative to the tail lift, this service is covered by the fee paid for the tail lift and does not incur any additional charges.
