Part of my order is missing, what do I do?

If you have confirmed you are missing part of your order and that its is not a short shipment or backorder you should contact us asap.

If part of your order is confirmed to be missing please contact our customer service team at sales@gymdirect.com.au or phone 1300 488 866. Any claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (no exceptions) so that we can investigate whether it was a warehouse despatch error or items have been temporarily lost in transit. The sooner we are notified, the better chance we have of resolving your concerns.
