Part of my order is missing, what do I do?

If you have confirmed you are missing part of your order and that its is not a short shipment or backorder you should contact us asap.

If part of your order is confirmed to be missing please contact our customer service team at or phone 1300 488 866. Any claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (no exceptions) so that we can investigate whether it was a warehouse despatch error or items have been temporarily lost in transit. The sooner we are notified, the better chance we have of resolving your concerns.
