When we have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the Sydney port for a product, it will be available for pre-order.
Pre-order means that the item is currently not in stock at our warehouse, however, there is stock ordered in, which is scheduled to arrive at the Sydney port at an approximated ETA.
The product page for the pre-order item should display a message with an approximate ETA to the Sydney port.
Generally, once the shipment with your item has arrived at our warehouse from the Sydney port (this can take up to approximately 10 business days), order processing begins at our office and warehouse to have your order dispatched to you as soon as realistically possible.
