Why was my order not left unattended as requested?

If the courier driver believes there is no suitable or safe place to leave your order they will take your order back to their local depot.

In the event the courier driver decides that your order can not be left at your location, they will be taken back to the nearest depot. In such cases the courier will usually attempt to re-deliver the goods to you at another time, or alternatively you can collect the goods at your own convenience.
